Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Round Manager ("the App") collects, why, and how it's handled. The App is a tool for service businesses (window cleaning, gutter cleaning, etc.) to manage their own customers, routes and scheduling.

Who this applies to

There are two kinds of people whose data this App touches:

• Business users — the people who sign up for and use the App (owners/admins and their staff).
• Business users' own customers — the people a business enters into the App to manage their round (names, addresses, phone numbers). We do not have a direct relationship with these individuals; the business using the App is responsible for having a lawful basis to hold their information (e.g. an existing customer relationship) and for responding to their requests about it.

What we collect

• Account data: your name and email address (used for sign-in), and the business name/service type/working hours/service area you enter during setup.
• Customer data you enter: names, addresses, phone numbers, gate codes/access notes, pricing, payment status, and job/visit history for the customers on your own round. This data is scoped to your business only — other businesses using the App can never see it (enforced server-side, not just hidden in the app).
• Location: if you add map coordinates for a customer (for routing), those coordinates are stored against that customer record.
• Payment status, not payment details: the App stores whether a customer has paid and optional links to your own Stripe/Revolut payment page — it does not collect or store card numbers itself. Platform subscription payments (a business paying Round Manager for the service) are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
• We do not use your data for behavioural advertising or ad tracking.
• We do not share customer data with anyone outside the business that entered it, except the service providers below (needed to run the App itself, not for their own marketing purposes).

Service providers we use

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles sign-in. All the data above is stored here.
• Stripe — processes the business's subscription payment to Round Manager. Stripe has its own privacy policy governing payment data it collects directly.
• Twilio — sends a plain text message (SMS) as a fallback next to WhatsApp messaging, for the customer's phone number only, when a business using the App chooses to send one. Twilio has its own privacy policy governing the message data it processes to deliver it. This feature only sends real texts once Round Manager has connected a Twilio account (see TWILIO_SETUP.md) — until then, tapping it has no effect.
• WhatsApp — the App can open a pre-filled WhatsApp message to a customer via a standard "click to chat" link; this opens WhatsApp itself on your device and we don't see or store the message.

How long we keep data

We keep account and customer data for as long as the account is active. You can permanently delete your own account and, if you're the only person using your business, all of that business's data, at any time from inside the App (Today tab → "Delete my account"). If you're not the only admin, deleting your account removes your own login only; ask your business's admin to remove customer data you're no longer allowed to hold.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Account owners can do most of this themselves inside the App. For anything else, contact us at andrewcunningham9911@hotmail.com.

Children

The App is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
